General information

About the houses and your stay

Cot bed — €50 per week
Additional set of bath towels — €10 per set
Croissant service: order your bread and croissants in the evening and your order is delivered the next morning by 8:30

After you have made a reservation, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice from us within five days
An agreement is concluded between you and us when we have confirmed the reservation to you
The reservation will be effective on receipt of a deposit of 50%
The balance is to be paid 14 days after the invoice; if your reservation is made four weeks or less before your arrival, we will require the full amount of your stay
When making a reservation, we will email you the account details to enable you to make a transfer

The deposit of €500 must be paid 10 days before the stay and will be reimbursed in full within the week of your departure, after an inspection of the premises
The rent is exclusive of final cleaning and rent of bed linen; this is charged at €100 per rental period
In-between cleaning is available upon request

In the event of cancellation before the four-week period prior to the agreed arrival date, 50% of the down payment will be withheld; thereafter 100%
We shall under no circumstances be held liable for any accident or incident under your responsibility

No smoking indoors
Pets allowed — please contact us prior to booking
On the day of arrival, Alizee will be there to welcome you and give you the key of the house
Upon departure we will inspect the property; when you check in, please make a note and email us if you find any broken equipment
